Absorbers for Mobile Fall Arresters

ASAP’SORBER

Compact energy absorber for ASAP or ASAP LOCK, for single-person use

Designed for work at height, the ASAP’SORBER energy absorber is used in combination with an ASAP

or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester. It allows you to work at a distance from the rope in order to protect it

during certain work phases. Equipped with tear-webbing inside a pouch that opens and can be replaced,

the absorber is protected from abrasion. It is available in two lengths to provide the best balance between

reduced fall distance and distance from the rope.

ASAP’SORBER AXESS

Compact energy absorber for use with ASAP LOCK or ASAP, can be used in two-person

rescue scenarios

Designed for rope access technicians, the ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber must be used in

combination with an ASAP LOCK or ASAP mobile fall arrester. It allows you to work at a distance from

the rope in order to protect it during certain work phases. Equipped with tear-webbing inside a pouch that

opens and can be replaced, the absorber is protected from abrasion. It can be used in two-person rescue

situations for a load weighing up to 250 kg.

The AXIS 11 mm low stretch kernmantle rope with two sewn terminations is designed for use with an ASAP

or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester and an ASAP’SORBER or ASAP’SORBER AXESS energy absorber.

It has two sewn terminations with a protective sheath that helps keep the connector in position, allowing it

to meet the requirements of the EN 353-2 European standard for fall protection. The standard diameter

provides a good grip for easier handling. EverFlex technology provides great flexibility and consistent

performance over time. The rope is available in six lengths.
