Essential for work at height and certain industrial activities, helmets provide the user with effective protection from falling objects, or in the event that the user falls. With a very secure fit, Petzl helmets are comfortable to wear in a variety of different situations. With a complete line of entirely modular accessories, they meet the diverse needs of professionals.
FLIP&FIT system The FLIP&FIT system immediately positions the headband in a low position, to provide a secure fit on the head. The headband folds into the shell for easy storage and transport.
CENTERFIT adjustment The CENTERFIT adjustment system allows the helmet to be perfectly centered on the head. The headband is easy to adjust by simultaneously rotating the two side adjustment wheels, even while wearing gloves.
DUAL chinstrap strength is adjustable, to adapt to a variety of different work situations
The DUAL chinstrap allows the worker to adjust chinstrap strength in order to adapt the helmet to different environments: work at height (EN 12492) or on the ground (EN 397). The clip has two positions, corresponding to the following two uses: - Higher strength to limit the risk of the helmet coming off in a fall (strength > 50 daN) - Lower strength to limit the risk of strangulation, by releasing if snagged when user is at ground level (strength < 25 daN)
