Finally, we ensure that projects meet our

objectives for transparency and balance

These criteria include multiple aspects,

such as corruption and conf lict of interest

prevention, or fostering an ethical culture

with code of conduct.

18 projects were selected by the executive

committee for short-term implementation

based on these criteria. These projects give

structure to our 2024 plan and set a course

for each department. Here are examples

of projects in each department.

Between 2022 and 2023,

we launched a key initiative

to our CSR plan, allocating 1%

of our revenue to projects that

help limit the impacts of our value

chain. We’re calling it the “CSR

1%”. In response to the evolution

of sustainable development

standards, we’ve aligned our

project selection criteria with ESG

criteria (Environmental, Social, and

Governance), in accordance with

the new European CSRD guideline

(Corporate Sustainability Reporting

Directive), and with ESRS standards

(European Sustainability Reporting

Standards).

On an environmental level, we’re studying

the project’s potential to reduce our carbon

footprint, and that of our partners. We’re

looking at its potential to transform our

business model or our internal processes,

to innovate sustainably, to reduce or reuse

waste in a circular system; and f inally, to

increase the use of renewable energy and

limit the use of all non-renewable resources.

The interconnected relationship between

societies and ecosystems has been

proven time and again. That’s why we feel

it’s important to reach beyond the standard

scope of employee satisfaction and

education, and analyze other social criteria

linked to our value chain. Projects that

include obtaining certif ication labels,

such as those pertaining to ethics and
