More specific actions were proposed to the CSR, R&D, and Sales teams. Developing partnerships and increasing our collaboration has allowed Petzl to work with the international SEB group. We benefited greatly by receiving their feedback on eco- design and LCA topics.

FUTURE ACTIONS

In 2023, all employees at our French and Malaysian sites will have the opportunity to participate in the Climate Fresk workshop. Proposals expressed during the workshop will be considered in Executive Committee discussions. If accepted, they ll be integrated into the CSR project plan.

Overall, I had a positive experience at the Climate Fresk. In particular, I gained knowledge on certain concepts that, until then, were still unclear for me. Today, without making major changes to my life, this new understanding pushes me to be more conscious of my actions, my purchases, and my habits.

Aside from the informational aspect of the workshop, interacting with colleagues that I don t get to work with every day creates an increased feeling of connection within the company.

All in all, I think the workshop is excellent on a personal level. On a company level, it s the first step and we ll need to take many more in order to take concrete action. But I m confident that our CSR team and all of our teams (me included), will mobilize.
