OBJECTIVE
Improve our French employee satisfaction 10% by 2025.
Taking stock of the situation was the first step. The goal was to measure employee satisfaction at work on a regular basis.
The first survey, created with Wittyfit, was distributed in Spring 2021 at our French sites, representing 60% of our global employees.
CONTEXT
We ve seen significant changes within Petzl over the last few years: strong growth spurred a major reorganization in management, and the health crisis shook our organization, disrupting our work methods and increasing shortages. Under these circumstances, our teams had no choice but to quickly adapt; they often had to take on an increased amount of work, putting their mental and physical health at risk.
In response, Petzl established a prevention and improvement plan for employee satisfaction.
Led by the Human Resources team and deployed cross-departmentally throughout the company, this plan, coined Project SatisfAction, was carried out in different stages.
