In 2021, we created a project plan to support the implementation of our company-wide CSR strategy. It prioritizes certain actions, distributing the responsibility for those actions among leaders from teams across the company.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION Carbon indicators, responsible technology.

Our CSR Vision and Stakeholder Involvement
Internally, all leadership roles: participate in the CSR plan, contribute to achieving CSR goals, and train staff on CSR topics. Our employees then contribute to the education of their colleagues or external partners through various projects.
Externally, our suppliers and customers push us to raise standards, and we share good practices throughout our expansive network.
Our 2022 Impact Report reveals the cross- departmental and collaborative efforts that remain fundamentally important to us.
3 - Increased collaboration with stakeholders Integrating the demands of our stakeholders is essential. It allows us to create and share value; and it commits both parties to transparency.
Beginning in 2020, all Petzl stakeholders were consulted, allowing us to prioritize the issues that make sense for the company. Since then, they ve been regularly involved in different projects.
