The standard is based on process
mapping and regular process reviews .
At Petzl , these processes are directly
linked to the 1 % CSR plan launched
in 2023 : each year , 1 % of annual tur

nover is allocated to funding transition
projects . In practical terms , each de -
partment reviews its processes in or -
der to plan its actions , implement them
and improve them . Audits are then
used to assess this momentum and ,
where necessary , propose corrective
actions .
But this approach is not limited to
procedures . It is also a f ield - based ap

proach built on dialogue . Stéphane spends nearly
forty days a year with auditors . For him , this time
is a real opportunity to help the company move
