When asked what she would most like to see be -
come reality at Petzl , she answers with great sen -
sitivity : “ I would like this momentum to continue
and for everyone to understand that any of us can
be affected by disability . I want to show that it is
possible to talk about it in a positive way and to
bring people on board with humour . The goal is a
change in perception that people with disabilities
should have a real place in society and that their
skills should be recognised
There is still a long way to go but we are on the
right path The disability committee has been
created within the CSE and can rely on the strong
commitment of the HR and CSR teams new initia
tives are already being prepared If everyone starts
to look at disability differently then we will already
have taken a major step forward In 2025 more
than 150 people took part in these initiatives and
that is an excellent sign
